Web hosting from hell! Their systems administrators are incompetent. Their customer service, advertised as 24/7, does not exist at all, except via e-mail, and even then they are unresponsive. Our web site was down more often than it was up. They make all sorts of excuses when caught with their pants down, if you're lucky enough to get one at all. This company has accused us of spamming several times when in fact we have never used their SMTP servers for any purpose. Our incoming e-mail is redirected to hotmail accounts. We use hotmail for all our outgoing e-mail delivery. These people are either incompetent, run an unsecured site, or are outright thieves. I am of the personal opinion that they are quite witty thieves actually. They coincidentally take down your web site just after having received web hosting payment. If for every new walk in customer they sign up, a pre-existing customer site is shut down, they can run an increasingly profitable business without the need for additional infrastructure resources. We recommend that you stay as far away from CANACA as possible. This has been the worst web hosting experience in our companies history. -Brendan Graham | |||

Canaca has been hosting my wife's site for 1 year this summer and my family gallery for the past 3 months. We have not had any problems and Canaca's staff have been very helpful when the gallery script was malfunctioning. I like sticking with a Canadian provider so I give four thumbs up...two from me and two from my wife! | |||

Hello, I have been with canaca since 2003 , I have not had any issue with this company except sometimes some database issue but they just fix it in few minutes ... They provide unbelievable prices with unbelievable space & services ... | |||

I can't believe they're supposedly getting 10/10!!!! Wake up people!!!! Research and see how many people they have ripped off. They take your credit card and will charge you without any authorization year after year! And every year, they'll say oops! sorry! | |||

I've been with Canaca with quite some time now and have had a stable experience. I have a few database issues but Canaca's staff was very helpful and I had my issues resolved promptly. Their pricing is pretty good, generally competative and the features are standard. My site will remain with Canaca as they are one of the better Canadian Hosting providers. | |||

CANACA IS THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY. THEY GUARANTEE 99.9% UPTIME! (BS) YOU'RE LUCKY IF YOU GET 65% UPTIME! MY EMAIL IS ALWAYS DOWN, MY WEBSITE OFTEN HAS ERRORS! THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A TECHNICAL SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER! AND WHEN YOU EMAIL THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, IT TAKES THEM 48 HOURS TO RESPOND WHEN YOUR WEBSITE IS DOWN! WHAT KIND OF HOSTING IS THIS?
