For free its okay, I think anything free is lol. Good for newbies, people who want a site without paying a red cent and for whom quality is not important.

The paid version is not exactly ideal in my experience. Bad uptime, site links redirect to freewebs site instead of your own, error messages alot etc. Service is near non existent.

Not recomended for anyone who wants a professional working site who plans to pay. For some kids who want to have a bit of fun and toss up a free site a few of their mates will go to, and they are not worried if the site doesnt function well and internal links actually take the visitor to freewebs page instead - its fine.

FreeWebs is the only best site that offers great free web hosting and that too for free. The negative point is that it doesn't support Frontpage Extensions.

The first thing that comes to mind about this host is that best of all - it's free! Sure, with a free host, you expect the usual; have a page plastered in adverts, and very low bandwidth, disk space, and loading times.

However, freewebs breaks the classic "free host" mould. Not only does it offer you a bunch of templates to create your site with, it also allows you to use your own, or create your website from scratch with their advanced WYSIWYG editor.

All in all, a very fast, reliable, and obviously, cheap web host!
