After a few years of rude and abusive support from the owner, David McKendrick, I finally left.

NEVER have I experienced such a rude and uncaring owner of a company. He also tries to do about 90% of the tech support and is over worked and stressed. After what I experienced, it seems that David should never be allowed to have any interaction with the customer.

Terrible customer service!

Stay away from these guys, or should I say guy. If you ask pretty please for a site and keep your mouth shut, you get it. Ask a few questions or have trouble with just about any setting and ask for help - you're gone.

Oh and they run a bunch of host review sites such as HostJury.com, and guess what -they're top rated on those sites.. oh and guess what else? they have draws for iPods and other things for those clients who write reviews, which they moderate. Sly like a fox is Mr. McKendrick...

Fused Network Sucks. Avoid at all cost. Bait and switch. Theyll steal your credit card info and charge you for stuff you didnt order.

I have to agree with the comments about how bad Fused are.I suffered at the hands of Fused for about a year before I could stand the abuse no more.I actually wondered why I was paying them.They spout all this Bullshit about being behind your business all the way,but if you ask any questions about anything they have done to cause problems they will suspend your site.The thing is you have to ask questions because the up times are that bad you never know if your site is actually online or not.

The Owner is a David McKendrick and he has serious mental problems-He is basically the CEO and the support guy and the unix guy and he can basically treat you how he likes once you are on his servers.
He suspended my account once for complaining that my site was down due to there very poor servers(I kid you not I have better specified file servers than they do).He just suspended my account and then at random kept suspending my account for no reasons other than his own petty revenge because I critises his uptimes of his servers.

Honestly,I am one of the most polite people you will meet and David at Fused just abused me for about a year playing silly little mind games.
NEVER EVER EVER GO WITH FUSED NETWORKS-SHUN THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN.THESE GUYS NEED TAKING DOWN.

Eventually I found a good hosting company but the problems fused casused when I said I was leaving was nothing short of the behaviour of a spoilt spiteful child-They basically withheld transfer codes so my site could not be transfered,in the end it took a threatening email from my new host with some threat of cout action.They then releaed the codes that allowed the transfer.
They basically mest around for about a month and still took the money before letting me go.
Honestly AVOID THESE PEOPLE,AVOID FUSEDNETWORKS.
David McKendrick masquerades as a man who believes in god and he behaves like a nasty,evil twsited little man.
Google Fusednetworks suck and read the horror stories.
Oh and he owns lots of host review sites and constantly places his company at the top to fool unsuspecting people about his crap hosting.

Fused has to be the worst hosting companie I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
The owner David McKendrick is a rude,nasty little man.
They pulled my site because I asked them why I could not connect to my SQL database-I kid you not.It seems they were bringing the server down and because I asked what the problme was my site was suspended.
The also suspended my site again with an email that stated 'It's is going to get real ugly for your site in 3.. 2..'-Then my site was taken down-When I questioned it they said 'oh the problme on the server was not you so we have brought your site up'.
I spent many months not using my bandwidth due to poor sales of my products and they happily took the money each month for the 100GB bandwidth-I developed a new product and sales started to boom on the first day-I used about 3GB of bandwidth-Fused took my site down half way through my product launch and then sent insultng rude emails to me.
If you have any sort of web site that you make money from stay away from Fused networks because they will put you out of business very quickly.
They also slap a big 'Site suspended' for all your customers to see when they take your site down.
I have since learned that the servers they use are really old and are house in the guys basement.
AVOID THESE RANK AMATEURS.

Horrible attitude. One of the worst hosts I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Instead of being understanding when I contacted them after finding my site down with a "bandwidth exceeded" and no warning that it was coming up on exceeding, i get yelled at and sworn at and my account killed.

They are horrible, pathetic hosts and I would recommend everyone avoid them like the plague.
