Pathetic Service man!!! I have paid for shared hosting services, i am tired of downtime. My e commerce website costumers have many complaint about it. I don't want to give any rating for Go Daddy. I switched to Kangahosting now,still they are good hosting service provider. | |||

Their email support is very slow, their control panel is very lost. I have to wait like an hour for account to be setup, i have to go to different control panel to create email and i have to wait 4 to 5 hours to get response from their email support and i have to reply back 2 or 3 times to get little thing done. | |||

GoDaddy Hosting is pretty solid. Eever since I saw their Super Bowl commerical I have been pretty impressed with their service. For such a huge web hosting company they are pretty honest and reliable. I have an SSL certificate, my domain name and my hosting with Godaddy. Overall Godaddy has been pretty stable compared to some of the other providers I have used in the past. | |||

Their website is so confusing that you'd easily get lost in there. It takes so much time to just get a small change done due to their navigation and site layout. You need to search and search for a while before you can find the place you need to go to do the things you need to do. One of the worst site design and navigation ever. And, you have to refresh their new window quite a few times because they don't load on the first instant. Wastes a lot of time. And their customer support....gosh...they seem like they can never understand what you want. However, they are cheap. That's the only saving grace. | |||
