My experience with Hostnine has been very positive. They transferred all of my sites from the Bliksem hosting servers the same day I signed up and within 24 hours I had everyone's domains updated to the new server.
The few times I've emailed support, I've always gotten a friendly & professional response back within 30 minutes. Also, from what I understand, they *do not* provide overselling....so that alone seems to set them apart from the dozens of startup hosts trying to make a quick buck.
I signed up with them in the end of November (vedadesigns.net) and plan on writing a review once I've been settled in for about six months.

I never actually got my site up with HostNine.
I set up an account, but it was flagged as fraud due to me being in Singapore and using my UK credit card. I asked if there was another solution to let me pay, but they seem to be controlled by a computer overlord that directed the shots, if they computer couldn't understand, then they couldn't act.
So after a few days of pleading with them and trying to offer alternative payments or proof of my identity including passport, I found that it was a lost cause and took my business elsewhere.
This was May '09, and now Jan '10 I was going back through my records and thought I'd try logging into the account to make sure that it was successfully removed from their system.
It wasn't. I logged in and found all my details, including my credit card stored on their site.
I requested that they remove my details from the system, which after a number of poor answers and them trying to close the ticket, I found that their policy is not to remove ex-customers details from their system.
I've managed to get them to remove my credit card details, but they're still reluctant to remove any other details.
I'm really not happy about this, and I'm going to continue in order to get my details off them.

Moved from Midphase to Hostnine.com and these guys are awesome. Moved every account for me and support is better than I have ever experienced. These guys are doing it right, with the most up to date servers and personalized support, something MidPhase lost a while back.

I'm with HostNine, have been with them since beginning of the month, and yes they are new, but they offer great plans, fantastic support and communication is prompt.
When i was looking for a reseller plan i questioned many, even left questions for some of these so called top reseller hosting company's on their forums, and i didn't get any replies from the company itself which sucks.
My experience has been only one of pure ease, and that is what i like, if i have a problem i get the quickest reply.
And before anyone thinks I am affliated in anyway other than a customer think again, here is one of my sites so far that i have had time to upload.
I am very happy with Host Nine and will continue to use them for my websites :)

To say that I'm very unhappy with Hostnine.com would be an understatement. They suspended my account because unbeknownst to me it had been using 100% cpu for so long that it crashed the server. But when I asked them to unsuspend my account so I could transfer my site to a new host, my tickets went unanswered.
Before, they had a fairly quick turnaround in addressing tickets but this time we haven't received any response at all. We submitted the ticket on Wednesday and it is now Sunday with no response from them. The site says they offer 24-hour support but that is not the case here.
My site just won two awards this week and now no one can even access it. Hostnine's unresponsiveness is costing me new readers, affecting my ad revenue and sabotaging the momentum of my site's success.

Hostnine is the first company I have found that offers the support and service that I feel my customers deserve. The dell poweredge server upgrades has allowed me to grow confident in the machines that my customers are on and the support and service allow me to offer my customers with the service they expect. I am glad I found hostnine and recommend them to everyone I know that is interested in reseller or dedicated hosting.
The fact that they are new just proves that they are doing it right. They have been growing like crazy and other than one person (everyone already pointed out what he/she did wrong) I have heard and experienced nothing but good stuff about hostnine.

Regret to move my customer into this company. They cope with every with a slow speed. And they discrimination Chinese ! The live service usually close chat before me finish speaking
