I signed up on their starter plan, got a free domain and am working on building my site with the free site builder provided. So far they have been friendly as I'm pretty new to web hosting. I only have good things to say about this host. I'm using a reseller plan at HostUpon. The staff is always available and helpful. I live in the UK and it is very important to have a reliable provider outside of the UK as most of my clients are in Canada and the US. I like the speeds and uptime and I have yet to find a cheaper reseller hosting plan with all the features I need.

I'm using their reseller hosting plan and am very happy. The price is the best and the support they give you on Live Chat is amazing. Normally you have to submit a ticket with hosting companies but I get all my questions answered on their Live Chat system. The team really is great and the hosting is super reliable. I did quite a bit of research before moving my web site to this host. HostUpon really do live up to their promises. Their shared hosting server is not overloaded which is the case with most hosting companies.

Their pricing is very competitive, but their support level is near perfect. My tickets were answered pretty quickly by someone who really know what he is talking about. Bottom line, I recommend this web hosting service if you are running a small business or if it is critical that your web site runs fast and reliably.

HostUpon saved the day for me. I had a new blog website I was trying to get on line with HostMonster. I Was on there web site trying to figure out how to get help. The only live phone number was there sales number. I finally was able to get a e-mail address I could write to. Spent to long trying to find it. They wrote back but they couldn't figure out what my problem was. A live phone would have help this situation. I canceled the 24 months I'd signed up for and asked for a refund. They told me that I had 30 days to cancel. It took me 90 days to get the site on line. I told them keep 1 year and help me out with a smaller refund. They keep telling me about the 30 days & didn't I read there disclaimer? Now I'm in good hands and plan on being here for years. The main reason for my satisfaction with HostUpon is their staff. The support was super fast and friendly even months after being with them.

It was a tough decision, to be completely honest with you. Making the move to a VPS is a big one for a site like mine. I guess that I felt, in the end, it was the move that could make me competitive in this market. That's what it really came down to in the end. I think it took the fine folks at HostUpon about 5 minutes to answer my question through email for the first few times. I was really pleased with that aspect of my VPS hosting. I have been told that the cPanel Linux VPS hosting is pretty expensive compared to some of the other services. I guess it is worth it, though. I get all of the server space that I need to run a competitive site. When I first chose the Virtual Private Server hosting from HostUpon.com, I wasn't sure where it would take my website. As they say, there is no reward without taking a risk, though. After a year, I can look back and say that I'm happy with the decision that I made.

I have been building websites for six years and have tried out many different web hosts during this period. Like everyone I have used Godaddy but I found out that they over charge for their products. I have also tried BlueHost, IXWebHosting, and a few other hosting companies not listed on your site. I was fairly impressed with HostUpon; I have experienced their wonderful customer support and I have never had any problems with the server being down or slow.I'm moving all my sites to HostUpon. I'm completely satisfied so far. My sites are not high traffic, HostUpon has a beautiful control panel that actually seems to work . They are inexpensive and their support team really helped me out with my scripting issue that was causing me headaches. Two thumbs up for these guys for sure.

Well, an excellent hosting company. I am happy with the way I am being looked after at HostUpon.com. They are a good choice for both amateurs and experienced users. Its pleasant surprise that there is not any noticeable downtime. I never had any problems with the mysql and mailing server since we moved to them about 6 months back. I'm using PHPMotion with HostUpon. I used to be with Cirtex but had a horrible experience with their non-existant support. When I switched to HostUpon I got a tech to help me move my video site and fully moved within 24 hours! Hi guys, I have not been reviewing hosting companies much. However, at HostUpon, I find it's a very high quality and cheap hosting. For 4.95$ I got everything I could desire to have for a web hosting ie a cpnel, a file manager, unlimited email accounts, mysql, and tons of scripts free of cost, automated billing mechanism, ticketing system and web development tools. I am also getting real time experience of 24/7 tech support. For me it's the best hosting option cause it's cheap and high performance.

The list of awards their awards from by Findmyhost.com, ratemyhost.com, hostreviews, and webhostingdir.com goes on to prove what I say, its a hard distinction for a web hosting company.

I recently opened a community type web site, and knew little about the whole matter. I called and ordered your hosting service, and you loaded the dolphin software at no charge, and the site was running so fast I couldn't believe it. I have had a few problems, due to my ignorance, and your outstanding staff fixed them while seeming happy to do so. I managed to crash the whole site and had no idea what i had done, or had the brains to save a back-up. Your staff fixed me up, and had it back up with all the information still on the site!!!! Since we've started hosting our Site with HostUpon.com, we've experienced better service and support than all the other hosting companies we've used combined. Whenever we need anything technical done, the technical team has been able to do it over the phone in a matter of minutes, saving us time so that we can focus on more important things in our day to day business activities. Since yesterday i'm hosting at HostUpon. I can't say much about the hosting itself, but I do know that the tech support is brilliant. I was recovering from a major hack on my former server, so it had to go very quick and dirty. David Miller from HostUpon spend almost 2 hours online with me to solve the different problems. I'm definitely in favor of them. They are not the cheapest, but I know what it is already to be hosted at the cheapest. So as soon as your site has high google rankings, consider this host.

My idea of good customer service is a friendly team that knows their stuff. I think you have that with 247-host.com Their cPanel Linux Virtual Private Server package comes with some of the friendliest people you will find in this business. Very good quality customer support,I never had to wait for more then 1 hour for any issue to get resolved, speed of vps servers is excellent with good 99.97 % uptime(as checked on the tracker) . The price is pretty much on par with everything else you will find in the market. They offer a pretty comprehensive VPS hosting package, so you are getting a great deal of value for your money. While in search of a suitable hosting company based in Canada, I can across HostUpon.com in one of the Canadian web hosting forums. Looking at their cost, I could think that this being very cheap hosting may not be very good. Yet seeing that they have adequate means of customer support in terms of 24/7 phone support, on line chat services and a support ticketing system integrated also their data center, I decided to go ahead with them.

Time proved that my decision to join them was correct. HostUpon is not only the cheapest web host, but uptime of my site and speed of the server has been great. The web hosting service of HostUpon, by far has been the best I have come across, so far. Starting from server speed, response at setup, the billing, reaction time to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers.

I am satisfied with services and I'd refer anyone looking for a web hosting service.

Obviously, when you go to choose VPS hosting, you are going to put in a good amount of research in order to make sure that you made the right decision. I think I did make that right decision on this one by choosing HostUpon.com. It took me a little while to familiarize myself with the cPanel and Linux systems, but that was easy. Beyond that, the service has always been easy to use and reliable. The customer service people are great! Usually, I hate talking to these people because they don't know what they are doing. With the Virtual Private Server hosting from HostUpon, you get a different kind of service, though. Compared to some of the other hosts out there, this one is a pretty good deal. They understand exactly what consumers are looking for, I believe. I chose VPS hosting from HostUpon because of a number of reasons, and price was one of these.

HostUpon was very helpful in setting up my account and having it running in quick time. I have been hosting with few hosting companies in Canada as well as USA who made me feel stupid for asking questions and then they would refuse to offer a suitable answer. After having my fears abated by the sales department I was pleased to find the technical support was just as nice, they were very helpful and I never felt degraded in dealing with them. I do not remember to have any issues related to uptime or lazy customer support or any thing else in my 5 months experience with them. What amazes me is that they are surely one of the lowest cost hosting service providers in the industry.
