I've been using JustHost as per recomendation of a fellow web delevoper. I have been pleased with the services and support offered so far. I've had only one hiccup so far and it was simply a communication error between me and the technician I was dealing with. My personal website, http://www.zachmelo.com/ was deleted in the process of trying to fix some database issues with their servers. Fortunately JustHost keeps regular backups and I was able to restore my site to 2 days prior the incident.

I've had experience with Lunarpages, Dreamhost, Godaddy, and now JustHost. Just host is a great host, offers great service, and great pricing - highly recomended.

I signed up with their reseller plan and I was online... for about a day. After that my website URL said "server not found" It was like it was "Just" a dream I had and I never signed up. Anyways, I contact the live chat. They told me to e-mail support@justhost.com, I did that, waited about 45 minutes and got another e-mail saying that it got forwarded to resellersupport@justhost.com. I waited another 15 or 20 minutes and finally I got a reply! the reply said "there is an issue with the server that your domain is allocated to. Expect to be back up and running very soon." I waited 24 hours and my domain still wasnt back up. After that I decided to "Just" cancel my service.
Just Host has gotten more good reviews than bad. You "Just" have to keep in mind that the phone and live chat support, the people aren't specialists, if they cant look it up in their database then they wont know and they will "Just" tell you to e-mail support. And when that happens be prepared to wait. and wait. and wait................. Then get a runaround answer if any at all....... then wait some more.......... I these kinda things "Just" happen.

All in all, JustHost support "Just" gives you the runaround and that is "JUST" not right!

the prices and features are great as long as you dont run into any technical problems.

All I can say is if you dont gamble, "JUST" choose another host.
