I've tried my share of hosts and I finally found my match with MediaLayer. The support is absolutely excellent. You submit a ticket and get a reply within minutes later 99% of the time. The support staff is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra length in helping you out with whatever you need.

I have been with MediaLayer for about 3 months now and do not intend to switch except upgrade my plan.

Uptime is also "par excellence" and when my site does go down (barely happens) it is for 10 minutes the most; when server upgrades are done, or the like.

When it comes to the pricing and features, MediaLayer is straight forward and does not promise more than it delivers (in fact you get more than what you are used to). Unlike most hosts who oversell like crazy and promise you bandwidth and harddrive space to the moon and back again for $4.99, you can be sure that with MediaLayer you get what you pay for which is excellent support, great features and most of all high server reliability, speed and performance.

I can't give them enough high praise and with that I end my review.
