The hosting packages offered by Site5 are really cool and easy to understand. There are 3 hosting packages on offer – Basic, Extreme and Unleashed. The disk space starts from 5 GB for basic package and goes on to 27 GB for Unleashed. This looks a bit less but so is the price, which is just $5.47 per month. The Extreme and Unleashed ones are priced at $7.77 and $16.97 respectively. The bandwidth goes from 100GB to 750GB, which is quite ok.
What’s different with Site5 hosting packages?
One typical feature is that you can host unlimited number of full websites on the unleashed package. So, you buy one hosting package and host several websites through it. This is both convenient and economical (especially if you don’t have very large size websites). Some other attractions are unlimited FTP/email accounts and unlimited subdomains too. You also get unlimited MYSQL databases.This is something that you would not find easily. Also included are 50 pre-installed CGI scripts and free shopping cart and e-commerce features. This is a big plus for people who are looking to implement such features on their website. Anti-virus protection and blog auto-installers (including WordPress) are two other features that are offered by Site5.
Reliability
Like most good web hosts, Site5 too provides 99.9 % uptime guarantee. In fact, in today’s ultra competitive world, no one would go for a web host that gives an uptime guarantee of less than 99.9% (or maybe 99.5%). So, that would be very much expected from Site5. Moreover, they provide a 60-day money back guarantee too. Server uptime reports are made available from a third party monitoring service. In all, reliability doesn’t seem to be an issue.

The concern for customers is also exhibited in making several additional resources available to the customers. These additional resources are in the form of software, scripts and useful websites.
Overall speaking, Site5 seems to offer a good proposition especially for people who are running several small businesses and looking to host them with one good host that is reliable and cost effective at the same time.

I've been with Site5 for years - but they've gone through some real growing pains over the past several months. The servers are down a good deal of the time, and while support used to take minutes to respond to your ticket, they now take days. So your site can literally be down for days on end before anybody even gets back with you. I'll definitely be moving my sites to another hosting service. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and know my site is up and that customer support is there. | |||

Site5 is an awesome company, used them for about 3 months before moving to a dedicated but during that time their support was just great. They even helped fix a problem with some knowledgeable software called Lore and they emailed me back within 30 min for all the times I contacted them! Way better then the last one I was using! | |||

I've been a site5 customer since April and I can't really find anything bad to say about them - which is a big switch from what I'm used to with hosts. NetAdmin is their branded cPanel and I personally love it. It's much more organized than the default cPanel skins. Since I am actually signed up for their MultiSite account, I also have (quite) limited access to WHM. By limited I mean I can create, modify, change passwords on, and delete accounts - which is actually all the functionality I need. | |||

Wow! My first time doing business with a hosting site and it's been great! On the same day I also purchased space with another vendor and 30 days later canceled them and stayed with Site5! With Site5 I originally subscribed to their $5 Deal and just upgraded to their $5 Deal x2 at no charge. Management of my site has been extremely easy, very fast responses to all questions asked by sales, tech support, etc...; their forums have been plentiful and helpful. My websites have been loading perfectly fine and thus far have experience 0 down time. When changes are to be made notification is sent with ample time prior to execution. So far everything a new experience would expect...! | |||

I've been a site5 customer for about 6 months now, very stable and streamlined. cPanel is only available to resellers, everyone else uses NetAdmin, which is far better anyway, that along with their excellent support system in my.site5 make it a great choice. | |||
