Terrible host. Sometimes suffers from big, unscheduled downtimes (>12 hours,) don't respond to "support tickets." There's a phone number but don't count on anybody picking up on the other line.

This is a good host with good prices. I have a couple of sites with them from way back. I think their strength is the service and really quick replies to support emails. If you are looking for not the cheapest host but a good one with good service when it comes to support then look here.

Worst customer service ever. they sell you domains that already belong to somebody else, and do not even care to notify you that their system may have had a "glitch". Total waste of time and money.
