The customer service has been friendly and responsive, though I have to say that the MySQL database servers are crawling since I started the service about 2 weeks ago. I've not been impressed with the lead-time of "soon" for a fix, and they've told me on two occasions now that they are upgrading the servers running the databases. If this isn't fixed in the next few days, I'm going to demand my money be refunded and find another hosting provider with machines that support the features they sell.

AMAZING!

Startlogic Database Server runs really slow. I can't believe it took me 7.31s just to load my WordPress webblog at these day. The customer services appeared to be good and available 24/7 but it's not that. The true is you have to wait for half and hour on the phone, and much more longer to get answers from those amateur tech. I'm waiting for my next renewal up, then I'm GONE.

I have nothing but great things to say about StartLogic. They have been hosting my four sites for 3 years now and have never let me down. Their support is great and I like how they have someone available at all times. It really makes a difference when your company doesn't treat you like a random person but as a part of their community. Helpful staff and a great service, definitely vouch for StartLogic!

I spend 5-6 hours on hold every time I call, the mysql database is broken and I can't install any forums. They've "fixed" my problem 3 times but it has never worked. They have a slow site and a useless knowledge database.

Start logic hosting is fairly good, the support is friendly and they have helped me a few times with my stats and wordpress blog. I have been with them for just over 6 months and after switching from Canaca I am quite satisfied. I will post a longer review once I have been with StarLogic for a year.

Star Logic is good when it comes to support. They helped me last night with a big database issue with my blog script and the guy on the phone got my site running again! It was my fault for messing around in the control panel but they were very helpful and I thought I would mention it because they have been a very good hosting provider to me.

I have been with Startlogic for 2 years and have never had a problem. I found that the one time I had to call customer support that they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I really like them.

I have been with Startlogic for since 08/04...so a little over a year. I have had nothing but the best service from them. I have had virtually no downtime or interrupted service at all. They have gotten great reviews at other review sites. I highly recommend them to all my web design clients.

Been with StartLogic for like 3 years now and have to say they are good at what they do. My sites are based on Drupal and Mambo and sometimes use high CPU processes but StartLogic always notify's me before taking action and they try to compromise so my sites don't go offline.

Support is available whenever I need it with some good responses and having someone to help you 24/7 is crucial when having an online business.
