Extreme disappointment from an offshoot of globat.
Server uptime is so bad I have only been using the hosting as a playground as it is too unreliable for a real website.
Support is awful. Live chat never works and email is erratic; I have had to wait days for an initial response.
Features are bog-standard Cpanel, however a little quirky.
Pricing is low. Perhaps here is the issue. The package I got was so cheap and included a domain name too. They had no more resources to put into the hosting.
My new host costs a lot more, but at least I'm getting real hosting and not techhosting's 95% uptime and 10/7/300 support.
