I've been with eMonsterHost for about 3 years now and presently I am hosting all my websites with them.

I am a web developer so I work with all the new technology out there, so I am constantly in need of new plugins installed and account changes. The eMonsterHost customer support are always very helpful and replying extremely fast.

I've been hosting with large companies like godaddy and hostgator, and the major problem with most webhosts is customer support and overloaded servers. I am pleased to say eMonsterHost has helped me a lot in the past year, they are very reliable and trustworthy.

The hosting plans are great, you get exactly what you payed for. They have very reliable servers and keep them updated which is very important.

Overall, after 3 years with eMonsterHost.com, I'm sticking with them, no other company has served me so far such quality for the money spent.

Great host, have been using their services for almost 3 years now backing my gaming/forum websites. I highly recommend them because their support is fast and they are always happy to me.

Atrocious. Considerable down time accompanied by unreliable servers, unreliable service, no phone contact and a denial from their staff that anything is wrong more often than not. What more of a reason would you need? I won't be back ever. I would have put 0 out of 10 if that had been an option!

This company has dropped the ball so significantly in the last six months that you would be mad to spend your money with them. With complete outs of up to 48 hours at a time accompanied by problems such as no access via ftp for prolonged periods of time, they are just not worth it. Their service got so bad that they gave me three months free hosting but I still went elsewhere even though it was free! That's right, their service is so unreliable that I would rather pay for somewhere else than use their service for free! The owner of the company is the icing on the cake as he makes a point of denying anything is wrong and sending you pictures of your cpanel to show you all that is well even when you know it isn't. Furthermore, when you start to get really critical with them, they try to turn it back onto you in the form of character assasination. This is a really backyard outfit that is as unreliable as it is incompetent. Stay well clear if you have any sense.
