Worst ever host that i've exeprienced..
They lost all their data and do not have backup even .. no support no reply very blunt

Here is what I think about vt16.

Their prices, packages, and server uptime is good.
Their customer support, however, is really pathetic. Replies are seldom convincing and in most cases, contain no detail.

I cannot say about their server reliability, but so far, I feel that if recent problems do not work in my favor, I might lose everything (all data) I have on their servers. I hope not.

Excellent host. Very cheap hosting packages. Great support, and very friendly too. Easy to understand and always willing to help if you have a problem. 99.9% uptime. Control Panel and FTP. Unlimited email accounts and sub domains.

I would reccomend this host to everyone!!

I had hosting with VT16 and it was a HORRIBLE experience. They just lost everyones websites and data. Their website is not even online right now. I was skeptical when I signed up and it was a big mistake. They seem to have really gone downhill. They don't backup any customer data or even their own website it seems. I'm going to try a more professional hosting company like HostUpon Hosting as I have heard good things about their support and service.
